Whole 30 - Round 1

I don't think that I've shared this very much on Facebook, and if you don't follow my teaching IG account then you may not know that I have been working hard at eating healthy!!

In fact, I've been working so hard, that I decided to try this new healthy eating plan called WHOLE 30!!  I LOVE IT!!

Is it hard to do?!  YES

Is it hard to do with my family?!  YES!!

Is it worth it?!  OH YES!!

I have never felt so good about doing something as I do when I am on this eating habit!  I started whole 30 the day after Easter!!  Yes, I am crazy, but I was doing it with a blogging friend who also lives here in Arizona!

I would STRONGLY and HIGHLY recommend you have someone to do it with you while you are doing it!  It is so easy to think that you can just cheat here, or cheat there.  Let me tell you, you won't want to cheat when you see the results, or let your body get rid of all of that junk!  My body feels amazing when I am on whole 30!!

This is actually my second time now holding on to Whole 30 eating habits, and trying to stick through it!  I love the way I FEEL on Whole 30!  There is nothing better about feeling good while eating healthy. Sure I miss the cheese, the candy, the ice cream and the coke!  But guess what I DON'T miss!!  I don't miss feeling tired when I wake up in the morning!  I don't miss feeling like junk all of the time.  I LOVE that I can stay up until midnight, and wake up at 5 and am ready to go!


Doing this is also forcing me to think more about what my kids are eating, what I'm eating, and what I'm buying!  It's amazing how many things have sugar in them and you wouldn't even know it!!  Let me know if you have any questions!  I'd love to do this alongside you!!
